To all my students who are wondering what happened to my other passion which is designing handbags, I am so delighted to announce that the website was launched last week and here is the link where you can view the entire "Galaxy" collection. Your feedback is also very welcome.

Simone Handbag Museum, Seoul

 Simon Handbag Museum, Seoul which showcases over 300 handbags that date from the 16th century to the 21st century. The five story building, which will now be known as The BagStage Building, celebrates the history of handbag design in South Korea, showcases Simone’s collection of bags, and provides designated workshops for promising young designers to create their own handbags. Korean-based architects UAD and Charlie Smith Design are the genius minds behind the design.

Trend selection London by lineapelle- Jan 29th 2013

Trend selection London by lineapelle is back again and held on the 29 January 2013 at the Soho Hotel. I attended the last year's event and it was really a great experience and most of all you get to meet so many talented artists and designers there. Let's not forget the great food.....!  Save the date and be there as it's definitly worth the trip...

This is what I would call  the ultimate upcycling...  I just love when people use their creativity and find old and unwanted things round their house and put them to really good use.... I wish I had the time to do more of these things myself...!

Laura attending our one day modern lampshade making workshop and we just love her fabric by Emily Sutton from Curiosity shop. This shows how important right choice of fabric is. Although fabrics are provided by us but students are welcome to bring their own fabric to make the shade with. This shade is going to be used in Laura's house and I can't wait to see its photo.
